Item description

Our client based who are the leaders in Earthmoving Equipment & Machinery Sales and Rentals seeks an extrovert, meticulous, energetic, Receptionist to join their team in Richards Bay – KZN.


Duties:
•Efficient handling of all incoming calls, the managing of Reception area and the Administration of Procurement on the AX system.
•Providing support to Workshop & Maintenance and Hire Desk
•Answering, screening and transferring of all incoming calls
•Administration
•Uploading and Closing of PO’s.
•CSI
•Management of diaries and schedules
•Scheduling and arranging staff medicals
•Ensure that Invoices, PO’s, PDN’s, Banking details and other details are correct\
•Ensuring that goods received corresponds with the Delivery Note and or Invoice
•Debit and Credit Card Reconciliation
•Receive Time Sheets from RBM, Hillside and Workshop
•Check hours on time sheets and then hand/send to Labour Broker
•Support to Workshop and Maintenance
•Support to Hire Desk
Min requirements & qualifications:
•Matric
•2-3 years Procurement administration experience
•2-3 years Reception AND Switchboard experience
•3 years experience in the Industrial, Mining, Engineering field
•Excellent communication and computer skills

Salary: R9500 negotiable + R500 KPI’s
